Anyone heard any more about the proposed law that would make it an offence to wagon-up park 12 feet from another RV dry camped on a boondocking permitted area of 3.7 square miles, unless said first RV...

Sounds reasonable. Residents most likely already pay taxes, some of which goes to support of public lands. Visitors should pay as well. No different than in the U.S. where out of state campers often pay higher fees than state residents. Camping fees, hunting, fishing licenses, etc.

In parts of Hawaii, I actually felt like I was an unwanted foreigner. Not at the tourist resorts though, the want your money too badly.
