I recommend vent covers such as Maxx Air. You can leave the vents open during a rain storm and drive with the vents open. I agree with previous poster though....even the cheapest rv isn't cheap and they still come with cheap vents.

Cover with MaxAir II's or equivalent. At least you'll be covered when they finally break up. Lifetime warranted covers are available when you have to replace OE.
Just had this happen, all vent lids were covered with Maxx/Air vent covers and they still fell apart.

- Tango__AE7UIExplorerYou can define cheap in 2 ways; inexpensive to purchase or poor quality.
Sadly, the later seems to be the norm. - jfkmkExplorerI recommend vent covers such as Maxx Air. You can leave the vents open during a rain storm and drive with the vents open. I agree with previous poster though....even the cheapest rv isn't cheap and they still come with cheap vents.
- OasisbobExplorerReplace with aluminum. Sadly we can spend 200K on an RV and get a cheaply engineered piece of plastic******regardless
