As others have noted, you are mixing up a variety of technologies with no clear understanding of what you are asking these companies to do.
Reality is trying to get the required info via text message is going to take hours as you message them, they respond with more questions, you message back garbled info, they message back for clarification....etc, etc, etc. By the time it's over, you will be back on the forum complaining that it took 3 hours before they even dispatched the tow truck and then it got sent to the wrong location because you fat fingered the lat/long.
I'm betting better than 99% of service calls are within cell coverage areas, so it would be a big hassle for minimal return. If you really want satellite, get yourself a starlink system and an inverter so you can run it away from grid power. Then just power up and call via VOIP from pretty much anywhere.
