You've got to definitively break down and compartmentalize all facets of quality, so that you know what you're working with.
Again, I use my own coach that has a perceived but very bogus reputation of quality, because it's 2 to 3 times the price of any comparable rig in it's category. But what does that mean when your fit 'n finish is shoddy, and any number of coach breakdowns happen up to three times repeatedly in a four year time span? To me, that means poor quality of workmanship, design, material(s) and in the case of my brand, a manufacturer that simply will not fix anything of theirs that fails. That's a low-grade quality RV builder, no matter what they think their level of quality is.
The fact of the matter is that in quality, you do not always get what you think you paid for.
