This is where we get tied up in knots with the "Quality" debate:
Is the Chevy Impala a Quality car? Yes
Is the Mercedes 500 a Quality car? Yes
Are they equal? NO. One is of a higher standard of quality than the other. Quality is not a static idea. It is manifested in many different ways at different price levels.
What defines Quality? Durability? Fit and Finish? If Durability, then the Original Volkswagen, The Plymouth Valiant and the Duex Chevaux could all be Quality. If it's fit and finish well Aston Martin and Ferrari are at the forefront.
We know it when we see it. Or do we? Are we sometimes fooled by what we think is Quality?
I know this: Quality can exist at many different levels and price ranges and in different ways. And in RV's DISCERNING Quality is not easy for sure.
