"Rmack1"....Did you ever call local law enforcement? I know you took the time to post here, but taking the time to call local law enforcement could solve a series of burglaries.
About once a year we get a suspicious looking character walking around our neighborhood. What do the neighbors do....they call me! I tell them to call the police. Law enforcement loves to go on suspicious person calls.
