in summary, I guess it doesn't take much to entertain 300k people. big tent?? bad food??? sand in your teeth?? critters??
First of all there are not 300,000 people there at any one time, maybe over the course of the entire winter season. Secondly the only critters I've ever seen are dogs, most RV'ers have at least one. I like the big tent, warmer inside on a cold winters day and there is so much to see, sample and perhaps buy. Bad food, not in my rig, it's probably the best in town. Sand in your teeth.... never happened to me but if the wind is blowing in the desert just go inside or keep your mouth closed. :B
I understand that the Q won 't be everyone's cup of tea but it is a unique event that cannot be fully appreciated without going and seeing for yourself. Like I said you don't have to go twice but I highly recommend at least one trip. As always.... Opinions and YMMV. :C
