If you are a person not into survival and doesn't want or ever need Wal mart then this place isn't for you...... or me.
We stayed in Yuma and did a trip there once... placed sucked but then we are flea market types looking for a cheap deal on things we neither need nor have use for.
My son lives in Tucson and said Dad why would you go there when you can come here! Good restaurants, desert parks, good RV parks, Tombstone etc,etc. He was right. If I need to see folks like those in the Q all I need to do is look at the panhandlers around the T.
