Quartzsite Fires Police Chief

I really have never heard of such a dysfunctional city or town. This isn't anything new. Their city council has been dysfunctional for years and years. I can't figure out how it manages to operate as a township.

I read that story. Small town politics. Not much different than our big country politics.
