I fit all of that into our 24 foot wide-body no-slide E450 based Itasca Class C - along with additional items such as a beach umbrella, an outside propane BBQ, an outside propane large size fire pit, two full size La Fuma lounge chairs, two chair side tables, an outside folding eating table, and four regular folding chairs.
None of this is stored in the shower stall. None of this is piled on the rear queen size bed. None of this is piled on the cabover queen size bed. None of this is strapped to the outside ladder. None of this is attached to the rear bumper. We do not use a front or rear hitch box. None of this is up on the roof. All of this stuff is stored out of the weather. Most of it is stored in outside steel storage cabinets that came carpet-lined from Winnebago. The cab running board steps are aluminum - not fiberglass. The wheel wells are steel lined so that a tire blowout won't damage anything.
We like maximum travel versatility, so we carry everything all the time for maximum capability. We visit the sights in cities/towns with our rig (we do not tow), camp in campgrounds with or without hookups, camp in parking lots without hookups, and camp out in the middle of nowhere without hookups (we're rock hounds and like to fish). We can camp in hot weather or cold weather without hookups. We do not have any solar so as to be able to camp in the shade and so as to not have to rely on clear skies. We can fit our 24 feet into just about any public or private campsite. We have boondock camped in Death Valley and in the Utah desert. We have no problem taking our rig carefully off-road if that is what is required. We are still way under-loaded relative to what an E450 can carry, since the coach is only a 24 footer.
