Question 3 - equipment/supplies that are MUST have

As little as possible. There are so many Walmarts out there that you can stop and pickup anything you find you need but don't have. Won't take long to end up with everything you need. We just write down what we need and pick it up next stop.

There are lists out there if you do a Google search but you'll find you don't use some of it.

Power conditioner
Tire monitoring system
Battery watering system
Pads to put under your jacks
Fire extinguishers that work for RVs (see Mac the Fire Guy)
Air compressor
Water pressure regulator
LP gas detector
CO alarms

I am sure I am forgetting something.

Good set of pots and pans, a good set of kitchen knives, plastic ware, paper plates. You can always get food on the road. That's all the "must-haves" I think of.

A good supply of toilet paper. :)

A set of screw drivers including Phillips, straight, square and torx.
A pair of slip joint pliers.
a small and medium adjustable wrench(cressent)
An In-expensive multi-meter that you can use.
Make a list and get replacement fuses of the appropriate sizes.

We do carry a fairly extensive first aid kit in our coach, but fortunately for us, it has mostly been used to assist other folks. Our "MUST haves", outside of the normal kitchen and bathroom supplies, consists of appropriate repair tools and materials for our abilities, along with the electronics we use for maintaining communications with friends and family as well as emergency services when needed. The "NICE to have" list also includes the use of some of the "MUST have" electronics for entertainment purposes, plus our satellite radio and TV gear. The "MUST have" list also includes a good working coffee maker and a backup of course... ;)

I always carry a solar lantern, extra water jugs, first aid kit for me and my dogs, extra warm clothes, a PLB (personal locator beacon), and car things like a tow strap, compressor, etc.

Of these, the PLB is the most important.

smart phone with ability to access the internet because most campground wifi is not acceptable.

plasma cutter, welder, kidding each person is going to have a different list of things
