Question about Coach-Net Roadside Assistance

I just fornd out the hard way coach net is not all their cracked up to be! I have been having an electrical problem, as I was not getting power to the fuel pump. It was one of those on again, and off again problems that took it's time to develop. I called the teck line a couple of times and I could not believe how little they know. The last time I talked to them they wanted to have me towed to a shop, I asked if they knew any portable service, and they told me that if they paid someone to come out and if the person could not fix the problem I would have to pay if it had to be towed a shop. When I could not believe what he said he told me that it is one of their ways to keep their costs down. I made the choice to find a shop that would come out, so I would have a tow as an option. I got lucky and found a very good teck that took the time to dig deep enough to find the problem. If they would have sent someone out that was not very good I would have been on my own. I have been sitting here trying to decide if it would be a waste of time to call them and try to have them pay me back for the service I paid them to provide. I would like know what good sam would do in this situation.
