Question about Silverado 2500HD and Weight Distribution

I recently purchased a 2015 Silverado 2500HD Double Cab with the Z71 package to pull my Trail Runner 27RKS camper. I have a Propride P3 hitch 1400 and I'm looking forward to my first time towing with the new truck (I need to get 500 miles on it first). I have adjusted the stinger to the correct height to hook up but I noticed when I get everything hooked up, the back of the truck only squats 1.5" in the rear and 1" in the front. My camper when loaded weighs in the neighborhood of 8,300 pounds. When I crank up the weight distribution as far as I can, I can't get the truck back to where it was before hooking up. I can get the front within 1/2" of where it was originally and the rear of the truck to 3/4" of where it was originally but that's all. My 2012 F150 squatted a lot but the weight distribution brought everything back to where it needed to be. Is there anything I need to be concerned about or am I doing something wrong?
