I have CoachNet and have used it 3 times in 14 years.
The best thing I can say about any ERS is that it gives you a "warm fuzzy feeling" when you know you have it, but don't need or use it.
When you need it you may find that they will not do everything you expect them to do, and/or in a manner you expect them to do it... but I would not leave home without one!
