Sounds like an ideal place for the homeless and drug addicts to congregate, get out of the weather, get some sleep, have someplace to go to the bathroom, etc.
If I lived in such a place where I had these constant worries, I would move someplace else. My trailer is stored in my backyard, in my fenced yard, under a carport. It is blocked in with either my truck or my work car.
