This topic is one of the reasons I refuse to camp in a public campground. When we go camping at the lake I always get a spot that is far away from everyone else. This way I don't have to listen to other peoples noise, and they don't have to hear mine.
I stayed in a campground once that had the typical quiet time and don't do this, don't do that rules, never again.
