Quiet Hours

You guys are going at this from the wrong angle,,,,I think they should issue ear plugs or ear muffs to all that want them. That way no matter what time you want silence put your ear plugs in. I can understand quiet time where after 10pm no more screaming or loud radios etc but turning off of water heaters and quiet conversation round a camp fire??????? If you are at that point you need to be at Motel 6, but that probably won't work either cause the walls are thin and you can hear the cock roaches walking on the ceiling.......Ok then just stay home........
