What kind of hours do you like? I would like to see graduated hours. 10:00 PM all electronic entertainment and/or musical instruments off. 10:00 to 1:00, quiet conversation ok. 1:00 to 6:00...

The problem with enforcing quiet hours is cicadas can't read and they're hard to reason with. In these parts, they'll drown out any conversation level noises, the sounds of campfires, and the ability to hear your own thoughts.
