What kind of hours do you like? I would like to see graduated hours. 10:00 PM all electronic entertainment and/or musical instruments off. 10:00 to 1:00, quiet conversation ok. 1:00 to 6:00...

One quiet time is about all that can be enforced if indeed a park manager chooses to. The park sets the rules, however, most parks have the same rule so if one changes won't they all need to because someone will complain. Therefore it would just be a mixed up mess. No matter what anyone does, someone will always complain because everyone seems to want it "their way". The rule is reasonable as it is.
