I am a Sports Car Club of America Corner Worker (also have a National level racing license). I work races all the way from local sports car tracks up to the Petit LeMans 10 hour race at Road Atlanta. If you become a SCCA member, you can take a class to become a corner worker and then look for volunteer opportunities. You don't get paid but they do feed you well. Entry to races is free but it is a busy job so you don't get to relax much.
