Radon mines

I just read about the old mines in Montana that are used for treatment of various ailments. The rocks are full of radon. the people claim that limited exposure to the radon has healing effects.
Has anyone here used them? or know someone that has used them. They are said to be especially helpful for arthritis, which I am afflicted with.
Would appreciate any feedback as I am considering checking them out this spring.
And yes, I know the government says radon is very harmfull. However when you take an animal with arthritis into the mine, and it comes out moving so much better, gotta be something to it.

Thanks
  • Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas and comes from the natural breakdown (radioactive decay) of uranium. It is usually found in igneous rock and soil.

Radon is the SECOND leading cause of Lung CANCER

In spite of that there are 4 radon mines in Montana for use as 'self-treatment' unsupervised and self directed. Recommended treatment is 1 hour exposure for total of 32 hours over the course of 10 days at roughly $150 for 32 hours.
Sit/relax/play cards---breathe deeply and drink lots of water for an hour......get out. Repeat a few hours later.....3 self treatments per day

Campgrounds with hookups available at the mines......Basin & Boulder are nearest towns

    Hoax....REAL.....Placebo :H
  • Folks claim similar benefits from swimming in springs heated by radioactivity. Intentionally breathing radioactive gas sounds as good as smoking tobacco, IMHO.
  • Wow healing powers of radon right out of the 1900's see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radium_Ore_Revigator
  • Radon helping arthritis, Krebiozin and pyramid schemes all bunk
