Not sure where you're at, but Phoenix, and where the Superbowl will be tomorrow hasn't seen any rain today, and only been getting drizzles for two days. Hasn't interfered with the Phoenix Open in Scottsdale either. No sun, just comfortably overcast.
I was at Superbowl Central in Downtown Phoenix from 11am-1pm today (1/31) and it rained the entire time. Just a light drizzle, not enough to ruin the events but glad I wore a rain coat.
Friday night poured heavily in Glendale where the Superbowl will be played. Across from the stadium is a large dirt lot where they had set up temporary parking for the nightly concert. The lot became a huge mud bog and people had to be towed out. Huge mess!
