Yep. At one time "Rain-X" was a single product, a hydrophobic polymer dissolved in alcohol/acetone/acid.
Nowadays, Rain-X is a brand, with a wide range of products. But, if it's not specifically stated, to me "Rain-X" refers to the original, in the yellow bottle. Been using it for almost 40 years.
