I went through a similar situation last year and ended up with a 2013 F250 diesel. All of the HD trucks will tow just fine, so it comes down to the ancillary things and your personal preferences. It may be as simple as the one with the most comfortable seats.
My very high level generalizations of the HD trucks:
Dodge: great transmission; loudest diesel engine (some people like that); really nice interiors now; exhaust brake that actually works; tiny tow mirrors
Ford: Quietest and smoothest ride; nice interior; best gas mileage (slightly); great tow mirrors; tiny fuel tank (26 gallons - a joke)
Chevy: Strongest frame; strongest puller even though numbers don't necessarily show it; worst looking interior among the three and generally outdated design IMO
I went with the F250 based on seat comfort, quiet ride, some of the unique features, looks, and I had a 2012 F150, so the controls basically work the same. I wouldn't have to relearn how to use the truck.
Really, any of these trucks will do great so it's just a matter of personal preference.
I came with pretty much the same conclusion and bought a F350 dually diesel
