That sounds great Dutchmen. If I were in a bigger camper,I would definitely want something like that. In the Colby T,everything has to have a place of its own. There is no room to move it even temporarily while cooking or something. Also, since I don't ever put the dinette up any more, I use a folding table that I bought at Walmart. It provides the hard surface I need for most anything else.
What I would really like, since I NEVER use the gas range, is to remove the stove and cover the hole. But, as soon as I do something that drastic, I'll get a yen for boondocking and want my range back or something.
