LOL! ALL of our issues have been "operator error" and could have been prevented with a few simple rules:

When moochdocking, look out for basketball rims
Don't take an RV on dirt roads. Avoid crowned roads with NO side bike lane
Watch for swing-wide collisions on sharp turns
Close the entry door when moving the RV
Now that camera systems are cheap - have an always-on rear view.

Our most recurring problem seems to be propane related.
Tank valves, switchover unit, etc.

Number two is batteries/converter.

Third may be various interior screws, hinges, latches, etc constantly needing adjustment.

I am OCD about tires, so those are rarely a problem.

In 17 years of towing a TT only one slow valve stem leak and minor issue with circuit breakers and road debris damage easily patched by me. I bough a very good quality TT by R Vision that was owned by Monaco Coach of Oregon. Yup

I also practiced periodic preventative maintenance chores and especially on the roof.

Cheap OEM tires

to many campers, to few sites....

Other than that we've gone 12 years, 50K + miles 300 some campouts in our trailer and no device failures.
Improvement I wish would have been from the factory that I had to do

a) dump the WFCO converters for something decent, PD etc
b) spark ignitor on the oven
c) quieter AC units
d) better sealing on the AC ductwork
e)_cruise ship like water faucet in the shower, one knob controls temp, other controls flow..... easy peasy showers
f) dump carpeting for good vinyl floors.... more trailers doing this.
g) quieter furnace. It's my alarm clock in the morning......

No slide issues
No flats (well the TPMS did catch a nail that was giving a very slow leak, likely prevented a blowout situation)
No leaks

With my first trailer it was water leaks. I resolved that by going to a molded fiberglass trailer. The continuing annoyance is hub maintenance. I learned to do it but I resent having to. Hubs on autos seem to go forever these days yet you still have to mess with trailers every 10k miles.

refrigerator. So far this summer it has worked fine, haven't checked it today and it is 93.
