To the OP, I feel your frustration as a week ago when entering an Oregon State Park, I knocked off our Jack Antenna do to a low limb. I will be seeking reimbursement from the State Parks as it was obvious even to the park manager and another of their staff that it was really low. The next day it was removed. Fortunate for us, the only damage was the antenna. There is no reason not to pursue the city.
