What BikerK9 described is what I'm about to pursue and at no cost to me. All I did was to talk to the person the next day that checks on sites, she had the park manager stop and see me the first day he was on duty, he then provided me the name of the person that handles these issues. Everyone has been quite responsive. Now I have the form to complete, attached photos and return after I get an estimate.
