I can't believe some of you guys sticking up for the dealer and suggesting the customer is too high maintenance.
I'm a small dealer in Canada and love when people from 100's of miles away email me and want details. I know that if they make the effort to come see me from far away I have a very good chance of getting a sale if
my pictures, info etc live up to their expectations when they see the unit. It benefits me greatly when other dealers tell the customer "oh just come down and look for yourself".....don't they think it's worth their time? People do buy RV's over the internet...I'm living proof.
If a customer emails me for info I'll do whatever they want...I can certainly find time in my day to do so. You can't tell me these other
dealers are so busy selling and delivering units they have no time?
