I don't think much other than importing it. I believe part of it is warranty purposes. The used truck I purchased was originally from Canada with that language. I purchased it from a Ford dealer as a certified pre-owned and warranty.
Mich800, in your case you did not import it, the dealer did. They or the previous owner jumped thru the necessary hoops to import it across the border.
