I don't think you can really rate the quality of internet in an RV park. The results will depend on how many people are on it and how far you are from one of the antennas. Maybe if everyone quantified the internet ratings they were giving by noting the time of day and what space they are in and how their space is from the antenna it would be of some value
When we come and go from the El Mirage, AZ area we always stay in one park and make reservations far enough in advance so we get one of four spaces to insure good internet signal. That takes care of the signal strength, but if others on the same antenna are doing movies, it then becomes so slow it's unusable.
