Well of course the salesman will tell you that it is normal. Turn the music up. You won't hear the rattling.
Our first RV experience was with a class C rental. Those two weeks told us that we would not be getting a class C when the time came to get an RV of our own. Dishes, pots, pans, anything not insulated rattled with every road joint.
