"people have to drive so far" ?? the campground I used in Coffeyville was across the street, and I walked to work.
I loved the job there as a picker, just couldn't tolerate the stowers not following the rules and intentionally clogging up the aisles. Plus I didn't want to risk damage to the trailer with what seems to be constant storms coming through there, and damage from temps below 20 degrees.
Amazon is part of my plan for next year unless I hear too many reports of people not getting any hours. I'm hoping they'll open up a more southerly warehouse to workampers.
