Yes, We both have ICE or 1CE on our phones, but that does not tell first responders where our rig is or that there are pets in need of care.
If one is home then we have to deal with the issues at hand and take care of animals, but if both were incapacitated I would want someone to take care of animals. We also have emergency numbers on the door too so our people can be notified of any issues or problems if we are not there to deal with life on the road.:D
