My skin is sensitive. I used the campground laundry once when we didn't have full hookups and broke out all over.
We have onboard w/d combo. I put in a small load at night, add some dry time in the am and put it away. Then put in an am load before we leave for the day.
It keeps on top of the laundry and I spend only minutes a day on it.
