Odd things that Happen when on the Road

Driving down the freeway in a pouring rain, a guy tried to kill himself by jumping off an overpass in front of our car. He mistimed his jump (by a lot) and landed on the freeway behind our car. We stopped, called 911, and ran back to see what we could do. He had a few drinks in him (which we could smell), but was talking to us, drunkenly telling us why he was trying to commit suicide. Involved a cheating wife. Police and ambulance came and took him away. Awfully glad he missed his target.
