The point is that this is looking more like a temporary bubble than the supply and demand changes that the media would like us to belive.
I saw a "news" piece on Fox this morning showing Nigerian militants shooting off RPGs and had to laugh. Of course, the kidnappings in that part of the world are not a laughing matter but this was a "made for TV" piece designed to instill fear. In my opinion, an entertainment piece. Terrorism against oil supply lines is not new and would not cause a splke of this magnitude.
Draw your own conclusions from the data but personally I would not be suprised to see $60 oil within 2 years.
