General RV is huge and has brick & mortar in many locations. They do their own installs and many of them. Sorry for the waste of time. I guess I just needed to vent .
It's a great example of bad news-good news to me. Not a stupid post as I would be getting frustrated after that many mishaps too, so I think you were just venting. Perfectly normal.
On the other hand, and as others have said, the good news is they are making it right. If anything, if I was the manager or owner of that dealership, I would be trying to get to the bottom of all the accidents. It must be costing him a fortune to cover off all the blunders.
