Is there a roof vent cover that is better than the others? Camping in a stormy lakeside campground this week showed us that we would like to be able to raise the vents even when it is raining.

I opted for the Camco 40421 Aero-Flo Roof Vent Cover because the top hinges off to make access to the fan easy.
