Had our first experience today with the new site.Tried Firefox on two different computers. Edge on another. Every time we got to the checkout we got a message that the browser needed to be updated. Firefox was latest version. Edge was on new computer and up to date.Resorted to the phone, and after 1 hour and 14 minutes on hold we got our reservation. The person helping said Chrome was the best browser to use. Would be nice if the website would mention that. Good luck with this site.

Even the much despised Yahoo is better.I would often have problems accessing my bank website through Firefox. And Safari a few times.

I have used Firefox for over 5 years. First time this has happened. Would not work on Edge either. Not a Firefox problem.

Doesn't support Opera either. Chrome was the only browser I can use on this site.

I have the same problem using firefox.Makes you wonder how many of these websites Chrome has gotten to/paid. I.E. where only Chrome works. :(

New website from a new vendor using the previous vendor's database that worked with the old site... Michigan SP website is going through the same process as we speak, with the same issues. Some browsers work for some people on some devices. Some have no problems at all. Some can't get the site to work for them no matter what they do.

It'll take a while to work out all the bugs.

I have the same problem using firefox.

Makes you wonder how many of these websites Chrome has gotten to/paid.

I.E. where only Chrome works. :(
