Recycling Plastic Bags
I thought I heard on TV that plastic bags can't be recycled, is that true?

Plastic bags will fall apart under UV light but not bio degrade, some plastics are made into new water bottles. Look at Arrowhead bottles, it says reborn on the label which is not made from recycled plastic.
