I have read these messages by owners who like myself have had issue with dealers and there is one message from PA that stop at the Richmond Va dealership that was my RW dealer ( no longer ) and I got just the opposite reaction from the service writer. I know this that if you were parked next to me in a RV park and needed my help, I would be right there for you, even if I had just met you. We are all strangers in this topic area and I am looking for help. I just wanted to know this for the aggravation I have had from Redwood Factory and the promises and lack of workmanship are their others that would as an example pay $500 times 50 people like myself from the RV industry that would use $25,000 toward rattling dealers like DS CORP who owns Crossroads, Redwood, Thor product etc.... Their method of operation is to push product on dealers and then not support dealers and then when customer just out of line and go directly to the factor their Customer Service people there push back and push until there is a resolve. Well why does it have to be that way with people spending the disposal income of a industry that is supposed to be fun and have the word recreational in it.
I am just saying hire the professional and let them count the good ones and sort out the bad ones. Not the one consumer is going to win this battle But 50 or more might
