As others have said, don't rely on the dealer's setup. I've seen a Reese set up so badly that the bars would fall out during sharp turns. My guess is that you don't have enough tongue weight and that a 33' long TT is a bit too much for a 1/2 ton truck. I think you can make it better better with proper adjustment but I also think you'll have to slow down to 60 mph when towing.
