I have a potable printer that I use once in a while,maybe twice a year.
For an 8 week trip? I wouldn't bother.
DW makes,and keeps track of all reservations.She just marks them on the calendar.
It seems to me that using a paper list,or using one of the on-line calendars would be simpler.
