Absolutely! They come in real handy for printing out directions or phone, dates and time, etc info for a destination trip or god forbid a repair shop if needed.
I picked up a cheap all in one from Walmart.
I use mine all the time for banking. You can deposit checks on line using the scanner on the printer.
I also bought a house while on the road scanning purchase documents back and forth! Good for emergencies if you need to send a signed document back home while you are on the road. I once needed to sign a document for the bank to transfer a large sum for a breakdown I had. Scan it save it and send via PDF. Everyone is now accepting signed documents send via PDF.
All of them now come with wifi too so if you want you can put the printer way in the back of your RV and it will communicate with the computer up front. That way your dinette is not overflowing with computer equipment.
I don't leave home without it. Just too many occasions where it came in handy thereby eliminating having to go to a store to fax or send something needed.
