Sometimes you need to get creative. I had a similar situation in a very awkward place but I got one end secure with a box wrench up against something secure & the other side had a breaker bar with pipe extension.
Here is the 'extra' part. It was not moving even with the pipe at the end of the breaker bar so I used a bottle jack, put considerable pressure on it, sprayed the area with penetrating oil, & walked away.
Came back the next day & it had broken free.
