I don't own a truck. I did. An f250. And towed a TT that 35' long and had a gross weight rating of 11k lbs. but I don't own a truck now, so I guess I am inexperienced at towing.

the Enterprise rent a car business near where I work does rent Chevy 2500 Duramax diesel trucks .... I don't know if they rent larger trucks .... for a one time pull, I wouldn't hesitate to rent one but would insist on having a good load leveling, anti sway hitch and brake control
