Rep. Welch (D, VT) admits government’s flop on ethanol

I’m still waiting for a satisfactory explanation of how burning just as much gasoline as before, PLUS some Ethanol as well is helping reduce imported oil or the environment.

It must ‘political science’ because it sure doesn’t seem like regular science to me.
