I wouldn't do it. The OEM flows just fine, and filters the air better than the K&N.
Order all of your filters from DieselFiltersOnline.com and the OEM air filter is $46.71 vs. $90-$100 for a K&N. Free shipping on orders of $250 or more. I typically order a set or two of air, fuel, and oil filters, a bottle of VC-8 cooling system additive, then add as many bottles of PM-22-A Diesel fuel additive as needed to make it a $250 order.
