Replacing Plastic Sinks

Question

We have two plastic sinks, 1 in the bathroom 1 in the bedroom. DW wants them replaced with something nicer that plastic. They are undermounted under granite counter tops.
Any suggestions or recommendations would be helpful.

We put a nice stainless sink in the kitchen.

I'm thinking of replacing our plastic kitchen one with stainless too.  Easier to maintain and don't have to worry about stains, scratches, etc.

Should be readily doable, just pick out the sink and appropriate size at your local home center.  Nothing magical about the plastic sinks used in RVs.
